- The Equine Environmental Stewardship Short Course Program Mar 01, 2010 A series of Environmental Short Courses has been developed for delivery through county extension programs this year. The Equine Environmental Stewardship Short Course will provide information and “hands on” learning experiences designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop sustainable and environmentally sound farm management practices.
