New Information Available (8/12/08) check out Digital Certificate and Excel 2007 pdf

All spreadsheets have been updated to include a macro certification to eliminate the enable macros window at startup

When you use these spreadsheets the first time, you'll be prompted to accept the macro certificate.  Click o.k. and you should no longer receive the enable macros warning message.  For the step by step instruction, see the pdf document linked above (Excel 2007 users will still need to enable content each time.  See the section on Excel 2007 enable content in the above pdf).
