Dairy Alliance benefits the individual farm in dealing issues that relate to
human resource management, business management, information technology, and
nutrient management.Dairy Alliance is a Penn State Cooperative Extension and Outreach program of the College of Agricultural Sciences.
Progressive dairy managers often find themselves managing people as much or more than they manage animals and equipment. This dramatic change for dairy managers is very challenging, because most have little experience and no education in the management of critical human resources. Dairy Alliance focuses educational efforts on this serious need.
