Workshops for Agribusiness Advisers
These workshops take training on the Penn State Profitability Assessment Dairy Tool to a new level. The workshop is designed for consultants who have used the tool, and also serves as a good introduction for those new to the tool.
Each workshop features a visit to a farm where the tool has been used. You will learn how the tool helped the dairy team:
- assess the dairy’s financial health, and then
- drill down to bottlenecks that limited its profitability in a specific area.
