The clinic will include exercises and demonstrations information for western and hunt seat riders, beginner, intermediate and advanced levels as well as winning methods for horse and rider.

This school is for new applicants or current judges on the PA 4-H Horse Show Judges List, horse show management and officials, and for competitive horse judging team coaches and members. Separate sessions for judges, show officials, and youth and adults involved with judging teams are planned. Sessions will include interactive and hands-on activities.

Ag Progress Days, Pennsylvania's largest outdoor agricultural exposition, will return for its annual three-day run, Aug. 19-21. Sponsored by Penn State's College of Agricultural Sciences, the event is held at the Russell E. Larson Agricultural Research Center at Rock Springs, nine miles southwest of State College on Pa. Route 45.

Dr. Galantino-Homer will discuss her career path to a combination VMD, PhD at the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently the senior research investigator for the laminitis research initiative at UPenn’s School of Veterinary Medicine.
