Membership in the Dairymen's Club is open to any alumni, faculty or friends of Penn State University who wish to support and encourage the dairy industry in Pennsylvania through programs offered at the University.

- Lifetime Membership: $50. (1/2 price membership by joining during first year after graduation.)
- Three-Year Membership: $15
