Principle Research Scientist-Cheese
Lead Scientist for cheese and dairy ingredient research. Will focus on basic research to advance cheese chemistry and functionality for application in finished dairy ingredients and products. Will operate as subject matter expert. Mentor jr. professionals. Represent research on cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:MS/PhD Degree in Food Science, Dairy, Chemistry, or Engineering with minimum 5 years corporate or post. doc experience.
Expert in dairy ingredient and cheese research and chemistry. Strong knowledge of CHO functionality, dairy chemistry, whey protein, and lactose are essential.
Experience in making both natural and processed cheeses.

Sr. Dairy Ingredient Research Scientist
Sr. Dairy Ingredient Research Scientist will identify and create new dairy ingredients and function as technical innovator and problem solver in the areas of product and process development. Individual will team with product developers, quality assurance, sensory, marketing research, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and finance to execute development and commercialization new dairy ingredients, improve functionality, quality and/or costs for existing products. Mentor jr. professionals.
Requirements: MS/PhD Degree in Food Science, Dairy, Chemistry, or Engineering with minimum 3 years corporate experience.Experience in dairy ingredient development required. Knowledge of CHO functionality, dairy chemistry, whey protein, and lactose are essential Creativity, technical and organizational leadership required
